I went on a 14 miler with Trever Ball up Logan Canyon. It was nice. We just talked like old times. We also ran into Paul and Cody on the trail. That was great to see Paul running again.
Sounds like your feeling better. Nice run. That Ragnar leg you did was absolutely impressive. I did the "Are Kidding me" leg before Ragnar and my calves were tight for a day so I know what you must be feeling by the pace you pushed up the mountain. Nice run. What's your next race?
I am feeling a lot better. I think that the "Are you kidding me" leg is the hardest leg. Way to go. I am doing a couple 5k races but the next big race is Des News Marathon. That should be fun.
