Small world huh? Deborah was way funny. We had a great conversation, about running and of course about you. Keep helping the other runners in Idaho progress.
Thanks for helping her out. She is a great runner (3:33 at Boston this year, with a hurt back!) but has been battling some bad injuries this year something fierce.
I know some basics about the proper foot wear, but we have such a limited supply her and I don't know the specifics (like you gave her about the Kinsei).
Thanks again and keep up the strong running. How is life (work/school)? Say hi to Megan for me!
Life is super busy right now. But I guess that is a good thing. Meagan is doing well and is running more and more. I am glad that Deborah stopped by while I was there. When I asked if she had done the Wasatch Back she responded, yes and I know one of the fastest guys from the race. Of course she was talking about you.
Keep up the great running and say hi to your family. How is life up in the greats state of Idaho? I hope all is well with everything there.
