I am running from SLC to Highland today.  That should be a fun run.  Yesterday's run was very comfortable the whole time.  I went pretty slow and even got to jog with Demetrio Cabanillas for a few miles.  It was nice to run with somebody.  Today I expect that I will do the entire run alone, unless I find someone while running.

just curious...what route do you take from SLC to Highland? i have thought about doing this before (but only like 20 miles)...did you run up suncrest?

One way to save on gas. Although the extra food you have to eat to fuel costs more.

3 days of more than marathon+ distance this week? Wow, I've never seen that. I hope you are getting enough sleep.

Wow, Seth! Incredible.
