30 miles is a long run. I am doing it after I get home from school. That will be a blast.  For some reason my computer at home has trouble with this site, so I usually just type up my reports at school.

What? Wow! Why?

I heard that it was a ton of fun. I am thinking about doing an ultra during this off season. I want to learn how to best refuel my body. I figure the best way to learn is to experiment.

I was never good at math but somehow I have a hard time believing that

30 miles = "ton of fun"

It was actually really nice to get a 30 miler in. It felt good. I am not even sore today. Of coarse I had to slow down the pace and just enjoy the run.

Good for you and your "fun" run. How long did it take you? Did you bring a picnic basket for fuel and water? ;-)

I did pack quit a few gels, and stop for water at stores and parks along the way. It took just under 4 hours. I will think about bringing a picnic basket for fuel and water today. ;-)

Holy smokes...thought I was misreading something. Two days in a row?
