This was a fun run.  I decided to do it last second to run with the great Triathlete BJ Christensen.  It was a blast.  BJ, Jeff and I went out at 5 minutes the first mile with BJ in the lead until half way.  At that point I took over the pace and soon it was just Jeff and I running.  With about 600 m left I backed off and coasted in.  Jeff ran great today, as did tons of other athletes.  It was a fun event.  Lots of people, but the coarse was pretty boring.  Oh Well.

Great race, as always!

Just curious, why didn't you race Jeff to the end?

It was a fun run. Thanks Burt.

Michelle, Jeff ran great. I am just not wanting to start my real race season for a couple more months. I don't think it is healthy to race hard all the time. Have a great day.
