I went on another slippery run on the trails above Salt Lake today. It was awesome. The Boneville Shoreline trail is so packed during the summer, but during the winter hardly anyone runs it. I have a little pain in my hamstring, and one the top left side of my right knee. I rolled my muscles out with the stick yesterday after the run, and today it feels much better. |
