I just enjoyed the mileage today.  It feels good to relax a little as I get ready for the Twin Cities Marathon.

I ran an easy ten miles in the morning before class.  Then I biked a few miles in the early afternoon.  I have plenty of energy and I am enjoying my new job.

I just went on a relaxing half marathon run.  I did some strides in the middle and at the end.  The legs feel fast and happy.

This was a fun 5k to run.  There wasn't any other real competitive guys there, so I ran with Lindsay Dunkley through the first 2 miles.  She broke 17 too.  It was fun.  They gave out excellent prizes, $75 to the Olive Garden for first.  So that was a blast.  Meagan also won her age group.  It was just a great local 5k.  I did a 5 mile warmup run to the race and then a little bit longer cool down.
