Well it is finally here, WBR.  I have looked forward to this race for a while.  My first leg was #10, 3.5 miles flat, with a slight uphill finish.  I started a little fast with the adrenaline, 4:52 mile, then  two 4:59 miles back to back, with a relaxed finish. (saving some for ragnar), 17:14.  Remember the race has just begun.

Easy warmup and cool down.

Always impressive running! It was fun to get to know you a little better this weekend. Thanks for joining the team this year.

I always brag you up for those ragnar legs you run, unbelievable! It must be like Logan said, you are half mountain goat.

Thanks James,

It was good to get to know you better too. We will have to go running when I am back in Highland for some of these weekends. I hope that you enjoyed the race as much as I did.
